Retired Water Operator Database
The Small Systems Committee is in the process of collecting the names of retired water operators who still maintain active licenses and who would be willing to assist with short-term operations in systems that find themselves short on available talent.This opportunity may assist small communities that need water professionals to help bridge gaps when qualified operators are in short supply. The state's Department of Health and Human Services will maintain the database with the support of organizations like the Nebraska Section AWWA.
