The AWWA Young Professionals group would like to invite you to come down and enjoy a ‘social’ or ‘mixer’ to catch up with and make some new friends in the drinking water industry. This is not a formal event and some of us will be at Lazlo’s in the Haymarket in downtown Lincoln on October 21st starting at around 2:00pm. We will stay for as long as there is interest, so let us know if maybe you would stop on in a little later in the day/evening. Some people actually have to work until 5:00 on Fridays.We are lucky to have a sponsor for some complimentary appetizers and drinks as a group gathers. (Sorry, but I don’t think we can cover for people to do lunch and then spend the rest of the day there. J) Lazlo’s has been willing to give us tours of the brewery, as in the past, and that is always a good treat as well.
This is not a formal event and come as you are, whether it is for 30 mins or a few hours. If you are able to give us a RSVP to either Rory Sudbeck (rsudbeck@sgacoating.com) or Justin Stine (jstine@jeo.com), we would appreciate it just so we can make appropriate arrangements. If only a few of us are able to get together, we might move the time or venue depending on requests, so let us know. We want to make it something that people enjoy.
